If for any reason you don't wish to accept the offer we give for your gold, we'll return your items via Special Delivery, with insurance of up to £2500 for your peace of mind. Please note, although the utmost care is taken, in some cases the gold testing process can scratch and/or blemish the item.  In order to complete your transaction we require proof of ID. We will only be able to pay into the bank account of the person named on the ID provided.

Working days are Monday to Friday 9-4:30pm. Any requests received after 4pm will be sent the Gold By Post packs the next working day. For any offer accepted by you after 4pm, we will transfer the money the following working day.

Quite simply with Gold prices changing every minute, the amount we pay varies from day to day, which is why we ensure to give you the best possible quote as soon after we receive your items. Not only this but the price of your item could also be effected by any gemstones which we believe to have additional value.
